  • Offering impartial views on securities.
  • Providing unbiased recommendations with full disclosure of financial interests in recommended securities.
  • Delivering research insights based on publicly available information and market observations.
  • Conducting annual audits to ensure compliance and quality.

Services Provided to Investors (No Indicative Timelines)

  • Client Onboarding: Ensuring proper registration and documentation.
  • Disclosure to Clients: Maintaining transparency in recommendations and research activities.
  • Distribution of Research Reports: Sharing reports and recommendations equally among all clients, without bias.
  • Confidentiality: Ensuring research reports remain confidential until publicly released.

Grievance Redressal Mechanism

Approaching the Research Analyst:

  • Investors can approach the concerned Research Analyst for grievances.
  • Grievances should be resolved within 30 days.

Escalation to SEBI:

  • If unsatisfied, investors can lodge complaints on SEBI’S SCORES portal (centralized web-based complaints redressal system) to track the complaint’s status.

  • Always engage with SEBI-registered Research Analysts.
  • Verify the analyst’s valid registration certificate and SEBI registration number.
  • Refer to the list of SEBI registered Research Analysts available on the SEBI website
  • Review disclosures in research reports carefully before investing.
  • Make payments to the Research Analyst through banking channels and keep signed receipts.
  • Check research recommendations before buying securities or applying for public offers.
  • Clarify doubts with your Research Analyst before acting on recommendations.
  • Report any Research Analyst promising assured or guaranteed returns to SEBU.
Dont's
  • Do not provide funds directly to the Research Analyst for investment.
  • Avoid falling for enticing advertisements or market rumors.
  • Ignore offers of limited-time discounts, incentives, or gifts from Research Analysts.
  • Never share your trading or demat account login credentials with the Research Analyst.
