Grievance Redressal Mechanism

Approaching the Research Analyst:

Investors can approach the concerned Research Analyst for grievances.
Grievances should be resolved within 30 days.

Escalation to SEBI:

If unsatisfied, investors can lodge complaints on SEBI’S SCORES portal (centralized web-based complaints redressal system) to track the complaint’s status.

Verify the analyst’s valid registration certificate and SEBI registration number.
Refer to the list of SEBI registered Research Analysts available on the SEBI website
Review disclosures in research reports carefully before investing.
Make payments to the Research Analyst through banking channels and keep signed receipts.
Check research recommendations before buying securities or applying for public offers.
Clarify doubts with your Research Analyst before acting on recommendations.
Report any Research Analyst promising assured or guaranteed returns to SEBU.

Dont's

Do not provide funds directly to the Research Analyst for investment.
Avoid falling for enticing advertisements or market rumors.
Ignore offers of limited-time discounts, incentives, or gifts from Research Analysts.
Never share your trading or demat account login credentials with the Research Analyst.
